Should prisons ban the use of solitary confinement for juveniles?

The system should be given far more training and resources so that fewer juveniles are left requiring solitary

If the individual is violent and dangerous enough to merit solitary confinement, then they probably should have been tried as an adult and the system should have all the requisite punishments at their disposal.
