The Algerian Rally for Culture and Democracy (Rassemblement pour la Culture et la Démocratie, RCD) is a secularist and Berberist political party in Algeria. Established in the late 1980s, following the relaxation of single-party rule in Algeria, the RCD has positioned itself as a staunch advocate for democracy, secularism, and the promotion of Amazigh (Berber) culture and language within the Algerian state.
